Insight Meditation
Wednesdays, 5:00 – 6:15 pm MT
We offer weekly meditation classes in the Insight or Vipassana tradition. Our classes are open to both experienced practitioners and those new to meditation.
Our community includes people who live in the Boulder area and many others who attend classes online from afar. Our sangha (community) is warm, welcoming, and inclusive.
Each class usually includes a 20-30 minute guided meditation, a dharma talk, and time for questions and connection.
If you are curious, we invite you to join us! Drop-ins are welcome.
